Renovation work generates fine dust and debris that settles on surfaces such as floors, walls, fixtures, and accessible areas. Our cleaning focuses on removing surface dust and general debris to improve cleanliness and indoor air quality.
Light paint splatters, adhesive marks, and renovation residue on accessible surfaces will be cleaned where possible using standard cleaning methods.
Please note that heavy cement stains, grout marks, or hardened construction residue require specialised chemical treatment and are not included in standard post-renovation cleaning.
Loose debris such as dust and light construction remnants will be cleared from accessible areas to improve safety and usability of the space.
Removal of hazardous materials such as nails, sharp objects, or construction waste is not included unless pre-arranged.
Our service focuses on making the property clean and presentable for handover or move-in. This includes cleaning of floors, accessible surfaces, glass panels (within reachable height), and general areas.
Cleaning of areas above 3.2 metres in height is not included.

Deep restoration, polishing, or specialised treatments are not included unless separately quoted.
For vinyl flooring after renovation, fine dust and particles can settle into the surface and edges, which may not be fully removed through manual mopping alone. As a result, floors may still feel dusty even after multiple rounds of mopping.
We therefore recommend the use of a floor scrubbing machine for a more thorough cleaning. This method helps to lift fine dust more effectively and improves the overall cleanliness and finish of the flooring.
Please note that floor scrubbing using a machine is an additional service and is not included in standard post-renovation cleaning unless specified in the quotation.
