Terms & Conditions of Service for Supreme Cleaners Pte Ltd
By engaging Supreme Cleaners Pte Ltd (“Supreme Cleaners”, “we”, “our”, “us”), the client (“you”, “your”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Pricing, Payment & Fees
1.1 All prices quoted are nett and stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified.
1.2 A deposit may be required to secure booking slots, manpower, and equipment allocation.
1.3 Balance payment is due immediately upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.4 Supreme Cleaners reserves the right to impose late payment interest of up to 5% per month on overdue amounts, at our discretion.
1.5 Any bank charges, administrative fees, or collection costs arising from overdue payments shall be borne by the client.
2. Booking, Cancellation & Deposit Forfeiture
2.1 A non-refundable deposit applies for any cancellation made within 14 days of the scheduled service date.
2.2 Cancellation, postponement, or inability to proceed within 2 days (48 hours) of the scheduled cleaning date — including but not limited to:
- renovation delays
- incomplete renovation works
- contractor overruns
- site not ready or inaccessible
- change of move-in plans
will result in full forfeiture of the deposit, regardless of reason.
2.3 Supreme Cleaners schedules manpower, transport, and equipment in advance. Late changes cause operational losses and therefore cannot be waived.
2.4 Any rescheduling is subject to availability and may require a new deposit or revised quotation.
3. Site Readiness & Wasted Trip Policy
3.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring that the premises are fully ready for cleaning at the scheduled time.
3.2 The site must be:
- free from ongoing renovation or construction works
- free from heavy debris, loose materials, or tools
- safe and accessible for cleaners and equipment
3.3 If our team arrives and is unable to proceed due to an unready or unsafe site, a Wasted Trip Fee shall apply:
- 50% of the quoted service amount, or
- Minimum S$120,
whichever is higher.
3.4 Supreme Cleaners reserves the right to reschedule the service only after the site is confirmed ready.
4. Scope of Work & Variations
4.1 Services will be carried out strictly based on the confirmed quotation and agreed scope.
4.2 Any additional requests, extensions, or variations — including but not limited to:
- extra hours
- bulky item disposal
- handyman works
- additional rooms or areas
- deep floor treatments
must be agreed upon before commencement and will be chargeable.
4.3 Supreme Cleaners reserves the right to decline services outside the agreed scope.
5. Cleaning Results & Service Limitations
5.1 Cleaning outcomes vary depending on:
- material type
- surface condition
- age of stains
- previous wear and tear
5.2 Stain removal is not guaranteed. Some stains may lighten, while others may remain partially or fully visible.
5.3 Supreme Cleaners is not responsible for pre-existing defects, including but not limited to cracks, peeling, faded surfaces, water damage, or structural weaknesses.
5.4 Upholstery, curtains, carpets, and surfaces that are aged, fragile, or pre-damaged are cleaned at the client’s risk.
6. Inspection & Acceptance of Work
6.1 Clients (or appointed representatives) must inspect the premises immediately upon completion.
6.2 Any concerns must be raised on-site before our team departs.
6.3 Claims, complaints, or disputes raised after our cleaners have left will not be accepted.
7. Liability & Indemnity
7.1 Supreme Cleaners shall not be held liable for:
- pre-existing damage
- wear and tear
- material failure
- hidden defects
- manufacturer faults
7.2 In the event of proven negligence, Supreme Cleaners’ liability is strictly capped at a maximum of 50% of the total invoice amount.
7.3 Under no circumstances shall Supreme Cleaners be liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses
- loss of use
- loss of profits
- personal inconvenience
8. Safety, Access & Refusal of Service
8.1 Clients must ensure that the premises are safe for cleaning.
8.2 Supreme Cleaners reserves the right to exclude or refuse cleaning in areas deemed unsafe, inaccessible, or hazardous.
8.3 For window cleaning, Supreme Cleaners strictly follows NEA and workplace safety guidelines.
8.4 Our team will not clean exterior windows:
- at height without proper access
- where fall risks exist
- in high-rise units without approved safety support
8.5 If proper tools, access, or safety conditions are not provided, exterior window cleaning may be skipped without compensation.
9. Delays & Force Majeure
9.1 Supreme Cleaners shall not be held liable for delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- adverse weather
- accidents
- regulatory restrictions
- building management issues
- access delays
10. Re-Cleaning & Re-Quotation
10.1 If cleaning is required again due to:
- continued renovation works
- post-clean contamination
- contractor re-entry
such services will be re-quoted separately.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
