Scope of Work

At Supreme Cleaners, we offer a comprehensive regular cleaning service designed to refresh and revitalize your home. Our dedicated cleaner will ensure your space is immaculate, providing a thorough cleaning experience within a time frame of 3 to 5 hours (dependent on home floor size). Additional Hours at $25/ hour.

Customer Responsibilities

Provide cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, squeegee for glass cleaning, microfiber cloths for different tabletops, etc.)

Provide an assortment of cleaning solutions and detergents suitable for various surfaces.

Wiping of Tables, Chairs, and Counters

Dusting and wiping down all tables, chairs, and countertops in the home.

Cleaning of Kitchen Tabletop and Stoves

Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the kitchen tabletop and stove surfaces

Wiping down the exterior surfaces of kitchen electrical appliances such as the microwave, toaster, and blender.

Cleaning of Toilets

Scrubbing and disinfecting toilet bowls, sinks, and countertops.

Cleaning and sanitizing bathroom fixtures such as taps and showerheads.

Vacuuming and Mopping

Vacuuming of all carpeted areas, including living rooms, bedrooms, and hallways.

Vacuuming of hard floors to remove dust and debris.

Mopping of hard floors, including kitchen and bathroom tiles, using appropriate cleaning solutions.

Additional Time Needed for

Ceiling fans cleaning
Windows cleaning (inside glass only)
Changing of Bedsheets
Ironing of clothes

Disclaimer

We prioritize the safety and comfort of our team. In unforeseen circumstances that may jeopardize their safety, we reserve the right to decline service. While we uphold the highest standards of workmanship, we will not be held liable for any consequential or incidental damage to furniture during our Post Renovation Cleaning services.

In any circumstances resulting in Supreme Cleaners not able to carry out the agreed cleaning services, arising from factors contributed by client such as inability to access client’s premises, ongoing renovation works or power outage at client’s premises, the client agrees to duly pay Supreme Cleaners Pte Ltd the full sum as agreed for the services as compensation.
